Snapshot:

The economic calendar in the holiday shortened week focuses on GDP, durable goods, housing data, and personal spending here in the US, while overseas attention will be placed on consumer confidence in Europe and Japan Industrial Production data due out at the end of the week. The corporate calendar is fairly quiet, but not without some notable earnings reports from the likes of WDAY, COST, ANF and SPLK.
