Conferencing Numbers

    Microsoft Teams Instructions

    The following are instructions to provide you with details on how to join a meeting using FactSet’s Microsoft Teams platform. You can join a meeting one of three ways:

    1. Using the Microsoft Teams Client
    2. Using a Supported Web Browser
    3. Dialing In (if the invite has dial-in information)

    Microsoft Teams Conferencing Services

    FactSet is transitioning to using Microsoft Teams conferencing. If you’d like to join a Teams meeting, you can find a list of local conference dial-in numbers.

     

    Traditional Conferencing Services

    Join a conference through FactSet's conferencing service using the steps outlined below. 

     

    Audio Conference

    • To join an audio conference, enter the phone number and seven-digit access code provided to you by the FactSet employee hosting the meeting.

    Web Conference

    • To join a web conference, click here.
    • To host a web conference, click here.

    KEYPAD COMMAND

    Entry/Exit Announcements

    Name Announce

    * 4 Lock conference (prevents new participants from joining)
    * 5 Unlock conference (allows new participants to join)
    * 6 Mute line (mutes a single line from where the command was entered)
    * 7 Cancel the "mute" command (un-mutes a single line 
    from where the command was entered)
    * 8 Allow the conference to continue after you disconnect
    * 9 Automated roll call of conference participants (if activated)
    * # Count the number of participants on the conference call
    # # Mute all lines (mutes all lines except the chairperson's). 
    Participants can press * 7 to unmute their individual line.
    9 9 Un-mute all lines (cancels the "mute" command for all participant lines)
    # 1 Turn Listen Only Mode ON (forces muting of all participant lines; 
    they cannot dial * 7 to un-mute)
    # 2 Turn Listen Only Mode OFF (un-mutes all lines that were 
    previously forced into Muted mode)
