Brian A. Bethune is Managing Director and Chief U.S. Financial Economist, responsible for financial economic analysis and forecasting. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Real Estate Society, and the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Research Institute.

Ronnee Ades is Head of the Alternatives Business Unit for FTSE Group. She is responsible for driving index growth within alternative asset classes including real estate, hedge funds, private banking and infrastructure. Ms. Ades is the FTSE representative on the FTSE EPRA/ NAREIT Global Advisory Committee. She also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania Association of Public Employees Retirement Systems. Ronnee Ades comes to FTSE from Dow Jones Indexes where she was most recently Senior Director of Institutional Markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and an MBA in finance from Temple University in Philadelphia.
