Analyst
Market Metrics recruits Analysts from top-tier undergraduate institutions who are interested in strategy consulting, market research, and financial services. As an Analyst at Market Metrics, you will work closely with Associates and other Analysts to design research studies, analyze results, and help support client relationships. Through participating in all phases of a Market Metrics study, Analysts develop a critical set of skills. They gain valuable market research experience, including becoming well-versed in study design, implementation, data collection, and analyzing results for strategic implications. Furthermore, Analysts gain broad exposure to the financial services industry, the unique market dynamics for each advisor-sold product, and the distribution challenges leading firms are faced with. - Relevant work experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required. Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SPSS a plus
The Analyst position is designed to be a two- to three-year role. After that time, a combination of excellent performance and increased experience on your project teams will make you eligible for promotion to Associate.
