Associate
Associates at Market Metrics are the project managers of our studies, and thereby ensure that we continue to produce the highest-quality research in the industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Project management
- Day-to-day leadership of Analysts
- Survey design, redesign and implementation
- Development of skills in SPSS, presentation design/creation, analytical tasks and data collection
- Expertise in the studies you manage, along with broad exposure to multiple product lines within financial services
- Client support
- Contribution to the professional development of Analysts
The best candidates come to Market Metrics with at least three years experience in market research or related fields.
Associates’ responsibilities grow and change significantly over time. We rely heavily on our Associate team to find ways to make our current studies more efficient and more adaptable to changing market conditions.
Associates take varied career paths. Many have chosen to stay at Market Metrics for five or more years, deepening their skills and broadening their expertise. For others, after spending three to five years at Market Metrics, some Associates choose to move on to graduate schools or other professional opportunities. We help these Associates to articulate their career priorities and prepare for their transition.
