Access mergers and acquisitions activity as a new tile in Company Guide
On 14-Feb-2013, Aberdeen Asset Management (ADN-GB) agreed to acquire Artio Global Investors (ART-US). Aberdeen plans to pay about $165 million for Artio Global.
