In today’s fluctuating global economy where regulatory procedures continually change, investors expect a higher level of transparency than ever before. Now, investors want a detailed report showing their exact exposures, in all accounts, delivered in a timely manner.

Investors across all segments are demanding more from their advisory relationship. With the release of the Private Wealth Manager application, FactSet helps Wealth Managers move beyond simple performance and transaction detail into more customized client review presentations, offering an opportunity to differentiate and deepen client relationships.

The Private Wealth Manager application helps you deliver personalized performance reporting using well-defined calculations supported by complex data consolidation, integration, and management efforts so you can create documents that reflect each client’s financial goals and objectives.

  • Create custom reports: Documents can be tailored to reflect the Wealth Management firm’s corporate identity, including the firm’s logo and legal disclaimers. Additionally, custom documents can also be created offering  you full control over the content and layout of the reports.
  • Make adjustments on the fly: Dynamic report options let you edit dates, groupings, exclusions and data items making the reports completely custom and allowing the user to tailor the output for each of their clients.
  • Market your services to prospects: Easily import portfolio holdings from prospective clients to help develop new business. Generate asset allocation and characteristics reports comparing portfolios to your firm’s models and make on-the-fly modifications to the holdings.
  • Batch reporting: Individual reports can be generated interactively or you can run multiple reports using the batch feature and receive a comprehensive PDF file that combines all of the relevant information via email as soon as the report is available.
  • Comply with your firm’s standards and regulations: Control the content of the reports being distributed to clients. Administrators can also specify the available date, grouping, exclusion and data item options available to the Wealth Manager.

Combine equity mutual fund or ETFs holdings with your clients’ direct equity investments to generate a holdings or characteristics report with the exposed underlying constituents grouped by corresponding style types, market caps, or economic sectors. Easily generate account review documents that capture portfolio performance, asset allocation and characteristics on an absolute basis or compared to a commercial or blended benchmark. Take advantage of access to historical holdings to link daily returns over time and create the most accurate view of performance.
