FactSet’s Knowledge Management and Training teams deliver information so our clients can enhance their knowledge and work intelligently within FactSet applications. We want to ensure that all clients are comfortable with our software so they can maximize their efficiency.

As part of FactSet’s service, we provide hands-on instruction through live seminars and web-based training sessions, along with thousands of pages of online help to make our clients’ experiences with FactSet software as easy and effective as possible.

Learn in person or online

In-person training includes regularly scheduled seminars around the world that let new FactSet users become immediately productive at their jobs. We also provide custom onsite training in our clients’ offices with programs personalized for each group of users. Our trainers work with clients to design programs that will speak to exactly how the attendees will be using the software.

Outside the classroom, we provide Online Assistant , FactSet’s interactive help system, that contains more than 17,000 pages of content and 75 recorded tutorials. Each month, my team works with Product Developers, Consultants, and other teams to keep Online Assistant in sync with the latest FactSet enhancements.
