Quality efforts are ingrained and interwoven into the way we do business. Every product developer and engineer at FactSet believes quality is fundamental to our mission and works to ensure that everything we produce will operate 24x7.
The Quality Assurance team monitors content flowing through our production processes, examining data and software for coverage, consistency, correctness, and coherence. Every week, we run tens of thousands of integrity tests to ensure that we provide service of the highest possible quality.
High availability
We listen to our clients to understand what’s important, and we adjust our processes to meet those needs. We communicate with clients to make them confident in our services and to keep them informed of any issues. As a team, we make ourselves available because we want to hear from our clients. We have relationships with them.
When we make infrastructure changes, our clients are unaffected because we have controls in place that make those changes unnoticeable. Our developers and engineers can continue to add products and enhancements several hundred times a year, and our service remains seamless to clients.
