Consultants are the foundation of FactSet’s service. FactSet Consultants are a uniquely talented group of individuals who are motivated to provide creative solutions, enjoy helping others, and are passionate about the world of finance and technology.

Every FactSet client is assigned a dedicated, personal Consultant. Consultants train users, assist on projects, and answer any questions our clients may have. Consultants become extremely familiar with the needs and processes of their individual clients so that they may offer custom solutions for saving time and effort.

Our mission is to maintain the high level of service that we provide to all of our clients around the globe 24 hours a day. We will continue to provide each client with fast, friendly, and reliable service while maintaining outstanding professionalism and integrity during all client interactions.

For the future, I want to make our already superior service even better, focusing on improving the service we provide to all of our clients. We’re concentrating our efforts on improving Consultants’ workflows, providing robust, easy-to-use tools and applications to our clients, and making it faster and easier for our clients to find the answers they need.
