Access data on the go
As someone who commutes to New York City every day, I really appreciate FactSet’s multiple access points. Every client automatically receives access not only in the office, but on a laptop, home computer, and wireless device as well.

On the train, I can access FactSet with my laptop and wireless card. I also have a home office, and I connect to FactSet there too. We give our clients home and wireless access as part of our service so they can get out of the office to see their kids or go to the gym. Home access also helps many of our clients meet compliance or operational standards by creating a secondary access point for mission critical information.

Be prepared in an instant
When I commute or travel, I rely on FactSet’s wireless access. Like many professionals, I use my BlackBerry extensively. When I get off a plane or out of a taxi before a meeting, I check FactSet Wireless to see what’s in the news or who the top market movers are. Because it’s so easy to log in to FactSet – I don’t need to carry around extra devices – I can retrieve the specific information I need very quickly and effectively, and I’m never caught off guard in meetings.

Wireless can also be vital at events, such as conferences and seminars, where you may not know what type of questions to expect. If a new company captures your interest, FactSet Wireless lets you quickly find what it does, how it’s performing, who the corporate officers are, and more. At a moment’s notice, you can be ready to have an informed conversation.
