| Clause Heading |
This field searches the heading of a clause.
If you want to find all clauses titled “Selling Restrictions,” then
type the same in
this field.
If you want to find all selling restrictions clauses that contain the term Netherlands,
then type “Selling Restrictions” in this field and “Netherlands” in
the text field just above this field.

This field allows you to search any text in the document. Fill in the
word, phrase, sentence, or short paragraph that you want to find in a document.
This field searches only through the text of the documents, and not through
all fields.
Use Boolean search
criteria to apply logic to your search. Popular Boolean operators are AND,
OR, and NOT: +
for AND, - for NOT, and ; for OR. Please note that “;” is
our separator operator. So:
- loan;bond loan OR bond
- loan;+bond loan AND bond
- loan;-bond loan NOT bond

| Grandparent Heading |
This field searches the grandparent heading. Grandparent heading is a
heading that must have at least two headings below it. SELLING
RESTRICTIONS is the grandparent heading in the example below:
SELLING RESTRICTIONS – [this
is a Grandparent Heading and a Parent Heading]
Netherlands – [this is a Parent Heading]
Retail bonds – [this is a Clause Heading]

This field searches the parent heading of a clause. The parent heading
is a heading that must have at least one heading below it. For example,
both SELLING RESTRICTIONS and Netherlands are parent headings in the example
below.

Netherlands – [this is a Parent Heading]
