The Content Collection Department uses technology to reduce the costs, in both time and money, associated with collecting content for our systems. These teams develop software and workflows that can efficiently queue, parse, present, database, and distribute content. Their goal is to reduce the monotony and tedium our clients associate with researching and validating data, thus freeing analysts to focus on data quality.

Finance
The Finance Department is responsible for processing payroll, accounts, and invoices. Finance works closely with Sales to resolve invoice questions and ensure proper entry of orders into FactSet’s accounting systems, answers client invoice questions, and ensures that orders comply with company business rules.

Human Resources
