FactSet® employees around the world are active in giving back to our commuities. The company encourages the contributions FactSetters make to charitable organizations in the communities where they live and work through time and money.

Donations

For amounts of $100 or more, with an annual limit of $1,000 per employee, FactSet matches, dollar-for-dollar, contributions FactSetters make to organizations and projects. Our employees have donated thousands of dollars to countless charities, including hurricane and tsunami relief efforts, the American Cancer Society, and art societies, including the Connecticut Ballet and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.

Charities in the communities we live and work in can also count on FactSetters to come through for fundraising events, food drives, and blood drives. In Connecticut, FactSet teams compete each year in the Literacy Volunteers of America Scrabble Tournament, where we've taken first place six years running!

Volunteer Projects

FactSet’s volunteers lead the way in giving back to the community. Every year, FactSetters take initiative to build teams of volunteers for projects like AmeriCares HomeFront, the Toys for Tots Drive, the Chicago Cares Serve-a-thon, and the SUCCESS (Students Undertaking College Career Enhancing Study Skills) program.

"Our Relay for Life team asked three of us to agree to shave our heads if the team raised certain amounts of money for the American Cancer Society. I agreed to do it if the team raised $20,000. The team hit over the $25,000 mark, so all three of us had of heads shaved in front of our coworkers!"-Goran, Director, Product Development

"I've had a lot of fun running races with Team FactSet in a number of fundraisers in New York City, such as the Revlon Run for Women and the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge."-James, Product Manager

"FactSet makes it so easy to help out good causes like making a home safe for someone who really needs it and walking or running to raise money for cancer or AIDS research."-Norma, Supervisor, Billing Services
