(NYSE:FDS), a leading provider of integrated financial information and analytical applications to the global investment community, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 50% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.12 per share to $0.18 per share. The cash dividend of $0.18 per share will be paid on June 17, 2008 to holders of record of FactSet's common stock on May 29, 2008.

The Company has been paying dividends without interruption since 1999. Since that time, the compounded annual growth rate of FactSet’s quarterly dividend per share has been 29%.
