When available, details of the acquisition deal and exit deal are available from FactSet Mergers and FactSet New Issues, including deal value, deal synopsis, and more.
• Funds under management: View the funds managed by each private equity or venture capital firm including details on fund open date, status, amount sought and amount raised.
