The FactSet Private Company database provides descriptive and financial information for over 400,000 private companies and targets those companies most relevant to the banking industry. Targeted companies include acquisitive companies with three or more deals, private company SEC filers, companies followed by Forbes and Hoover's, private companies with public debt, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
