FactSet Mergerstat offers transaction data including dates of announcement and closing, deal terms (e.g., size, type of deal, unit sold), financial information and ratios on the target and acquiring companies, roles and identities, and financial and legal advisors.
You can access FactSet Mergerstat through FactSet applications, the FactSet Mergerstat website, embedded within your firm's Intranet, or via an XML-based data feed.
