Corporate Event Data
Event types include earnings calls, analyst / shareholder meetings, guidance, sales results, special/M&A as well as conferences. Details available include company name, date and time, event description, links to live and replay audio, phone numbers, and pass codes.
Raw and Corrected Transcripts
FactSet's CallStreet service provides raw verbatim transcripts of conference calls available within hours after the completion of the call to allow users quick access to the information presented. These transcripts are later replaced by the Corrected Transcript once the document has passed through the correction process. Corrected Transcripts are verbatim transcripts that have been reviewed and corrected by industry-focused financial professionals. Our editors re-listen to the entire call audio and confirm and research all the terms and numbers in the call to eliminate "inaudible," "indiscernible," or "phonetic" entries. The result is the most accurate Corrected Transcript available in the marketplace.
CallStreet Reports®
CallStreet Reports® are Corrected Transcripts with added formatting. FactSet's editors enhance the readability of the Corrected Transcripts by inserting bullets and headings into the document and by abbreviating some common terms. This formatting allows users to more easily read or skim the content. The report omits no information from the transcript, and follows the order of the audio exactly.
Live Transcripts and eXpress Transcripts
Live Transcripts are currently streaming verbatim transcripts. The text is viewable and can be copied into Microsoft Word. The streamed text is available until the Raw Transcript is uploaded. FactSet eXpress Transcripts stream the text of the call beginning 15-30 minutes after the live call starts. A first draft of the entire transcript is available 15-30 minutes after the conclusion of the call. The streamed text is available until the Raw Transcript is uploaded.
