Exchange Agreements
FactSet provides our clients with real-time security pricing data from the following exchange sources. To access real-time data via FactSet, clients must complete the appropriate Exchange Subscriber Agreement attached below, listing FactSet Research Systems as the requested vendor. These agreement forms can be faxed to FactSet for immediate processing, but you must also mail the original forms with the signature to meet the record keeping requirements defined by the various exchanges. Please return the subscriber agreements to your FactSet salesperson, or fax or e-mail them to FactSet's ExchangeAdmin group at 203.810.3009 or exchangeadmin@factset.com. These forms are in Adobe Acrobat format. If you don't have the Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it from the Adobe Web site: Get Acrobat Reader.
