FactSet is pleased to announce that for 2007, our 29th year of operation, we recorded our 27th consecutive year of revenue growth.
Our business continued to thrive during 2007 as our organic revenue growth rate accelerated to 22% and net income grew an impressive 32%. Growth was once again broad-based as we continued to see strong demand for FactSet products from our investment management and investment banking clients across all geographic regions. In addition to impressive financial results, in 2007 we also saw a record number of financial institutions subscribing to our products with 35,000 financial professionals using FactSet products.

(2) Includes $6.5 million (after-tax) of stock-based compensation and income tax benefits of $4.1 million, primarily from the re-enactment of the U.S. Federal R&D tax credit in December 2006 retroactive to January 1, 2006, a Section 199 tax deduction pertaining to fiscal 2006, and a benefit from the repatriation of foreign earnings to the U.S.
(3) Includes $8.4 million of stock-based compensation and $2.7 million of incremental expenses due to a significant short-term increase in occupancy costs from a redundancy of leased office space in London.
