Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
Philip Hadley, FactSet CEO and ChairmanMr. Hadley was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FactSet on September 5, 2000. Mr. Hadley joined FactSet in 1985 as a Consultant. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Hadley was Vice President, Sales. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Hadley was Senior Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining FactSet, Mr. Hadley was employed by Cargill Corporation. Mr. Hadley received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Hadley has served on the Board since September 2000.


Mr. Snow was named President on July 1, 2014. Mr. Snow began his career at FactSet in 1996 as a Consultant. In 1998 he moved to the Asia Pacific region, holding positions in Tokyo and Sydney. After moving back to the U.S. in 2000, Mr. Snow held various Sales leadership roles before assuming the role of Senior Vice President, Director of U.S. Investment Management Sales in 2013. Mr. Snow received a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.


Executive Vice President, Director of Global Sales
Mr. Frankenfield joined FactSet in 1989 as a Consultant. In 1990, Mr. Frankenfield was promoted to Vice President, Sales and then held the position of Director of Investment Banking Sales from 1995 to 2000. For five years starting in 2000, Mr. Frankenfield was Director of Sales; in 2005 he was named  Senior Vice President and Director of U.S. Investment Management Services. In August 2009, Mr. Frankenfield was named to his current position of Executive Vice President and Director of Global Sales. Mr. Frankenfield received a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).


Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Walsh joined FactSet as Vice President, Planning and Control, in 1996 and held the position of Vice President, Director of Finance from 1999 to 2001. He assumed the position of U.S. Southeast Regional Manager in 2001 and was responsible for sales and consulting services to investment managers and investment banks. In 2005 he was named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, a position he held until October 1, 2009 when Mr. Walsh was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining FactSet, he held several positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. A graduate of Fairfield University with a B.S. degree in Accounting, Mr. Walsh is a CFA charterholder.


Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nicolelli joined the Company in 1996 as the Senior Accountant and held the position of Chief Accountant from 1999 to 2001. From 2002 to 2009, he served as Vice President and Comptroller of the Company. From October 2009 to 2013, he occupied the position of Senior Vice President, Principal Financial Officer. On October 18, 2013, Mr. Nicolelli was appointed to his current position as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining FactSet, he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. degree in Accounting from St. John's University. Mr. Nicolelli is a CPA licensed in the state of New York.


Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Ms. Stern is Senior Vice President, Strategic Resources and General Counsel at FactSet. In addition to the Legal Department at FactSet, she is also responsible for Investor Relations; Human Resources; Facilities and Real Estate Planning; Third-Party Content and Strategic Partnerships; Knowledge Management; and Leadership Development. Ms. Stern is responsible for these functions globally, including the company’s two largest offices in Hyderabad, India and Manila, the Philippines, where the Managing Directors report directly to her. Ms. Stern joined FactSet in 2001. Ms. Stern is admitted to practice in New York, and Washington D.C., and as House Counsel in Connecticut. She received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an Executive Editor of the Law Review. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Yale University. She received a master’s degree with distinction from the University of London and studied as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Vienna.

Ms. Stern is a member of the Board of WESFACCA (Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel), Vice Chairman of the Board of Friends of the Neuberger Museum of Art at SUNY Purchase College; and Treasurer of the American Foundation for the Courtauld Institute of Art. She is a member of the National Board of Advisors of the Baldwin School, in Byrn Marr, Pennsylvania, of which she has been a trustee.
