Community Involvement

We recognize that our success depends not only on the relationships we form with clients, but also on the quality of life of the communities where we do business.

FactSet supports communities by making financial contributions, matching our employees' monetary donations, sponsoring local programs, and promoting employee activism.

At FactSet, we want to be more than a company that delivers data and analytics. We have the responsibility and the commitment to support the areas where we live and do business. We believe in giving of ourselves to help others and build better communities.

I am thrilled and gratified by our employees' dedication to philanthropy and volunteering. FactSet is committed at every level to being a positive force around the world.

Volunteerism

FactSet employees are dedicated to the communities in which they live and work.

Around the globe, FactSet employees volunteer their time and skills to give back to those in need through fundraising events, team walks, blood drives, and food drives. We participate in the Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work ® program and offer mentoring and job-shadowing programs.

Over the years, FactSet employees have donated thousands of hours of their own time to helping others. These valuable efforts help communities grow and prosper while fostering a spirit of giving and teamwork throughout the company. Many of the people who have volunteered and made donations have taken on major roles with charitable organizations.

Charitable Giving

Every year, FactSet supports causes at home and around the world.

In the United States, FactSet supports AmeriCares, Junior Achievement, CancerCare, and the Revlon Run/Walk. In addition, each office contributes to local groups, such as Community Links, a London-based charity. FactSet also supports the global aid organizations Doctors Without Borders and Feed the Children.

FactSet also supports the individual interests of its employees through our Matching Gift program, a dollar-for-dollar donation matching program. FactSet employees have donated thousands of dollars to countless charities, including disaster-relief efforts, the American Cancer Society, art societies such as the Connecticut Ballet and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and many colleges and universities around the world.
